I’ve only been with Capitol City Pools for several months but after having gone through a couple of less than spectacular pool service companies my pool is clean and the water is sparkling clear. Mike is on top of the business and appears to have a depth of knowledge that outshines the rest..Rates are reasonable and quality is great.
As new pool owners we had a lot of questions! Mike came out was incredibly helpful and he knows his stuff! He basically trained us on all aspects of our pool. We moved into a house with a neglected pool. It was awful. Mike came out to clean everything up with a reasonable price. He was honest and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having him and his company care for our pool. Hes been taking care of our pool since then and we couldn’t be happier. Very happy with this company’s service. I recommend capitol city pools! Timely, reliable, reasonably priced for both weekly maintenance and occasional repairs. With other companies, it felt like I was constantly dealing with different techs. Nice to have one person I trust and who understands my pool and expectations.
We asked the Lago Vista Community Bulletin Board on Facebook who was a good recommended Pool and Spa service for our new to us spa. We had a leak and the heater didn’t work. Mike and his business we’re recommended several times within minutes. Mike came out same day, diagnosed and ordered the part right away. He came back and finished the job when promised. Mike was professional, kind, fast, thorough, and all around awesome! We will use this service again in the future without hesitation and are thankful they are nearby!
